For trucking companies & fleets

Grow your fleet without growing your office.

Hiring, training and managing in-house dispatchers is expensive. Pro Dispatch gives your trucking company a professional, 24/7 dispatch department — scaled to your fleet, with no long-term contract.

Dedicated dispatchers per unit group

Your fleet is split across dispatchers who each handle only 3–5 trucks, so every unit gets real attention.

Team-lead oversight

Experienced team leads monitor rates, resolve problems and keep service consistent across your whole fleet.

Mixed equipment, one partner

Vans, reefers, flatbeds, step decks, hotshots, box trucks and power units — all dispatched by one team.

Revenue focus on every truck

We track each truck's weekly gross and rate per mile and adjust lanes to lift your weakest units.

Outsourced dispatch that performs like an in-house team

Running a fleet means every idle truck costs you money — payment, insurance and driver pay keep coming whether the truck is loaded or not. The difference between a good and an average dispatcher across ten trucks can be tens of thousands of dollars a month. That's why fleet owners turn to Pro Dispatch.

We assign your trucks to dedicated dispatchers who each manage only three to five units. Those dispatchers report to experienced team leads who review rates and step in when a load gets complicated. Your fleet gets the attention of a personal dispatcher with the depth and backup of a full department — 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Built for mixed fleets

Many growing trucking companies run more than one equipment type. We dispatch dry vans, reefers, flatbeds, Flatbed Maxis, step decks, RGN and Lowboy trailers, CDL and Non-CDL hotshots, box trucks and power only units — each with dispatchers who know that equipment's freight, weights and rates.

Back-office support included

We complete broker setups for your authority, review every rate confirmation, prepare invoices for your factoring company, and pursue detention, layover, lumper and TONU on every load. Billing questions go straight to our accounts team.

Start small, then scale

We're confident in our service, so we make it easy to test us. Put one truck on a one-week trial. If you're impressed, onboard the rest of the fleet. If not, walk away — we don't bind carriers to contracts.

Fleet FAQ

Questions fleet owners ask

How does the one-truck trial work?

Give us one truck for one week. We'll dispatch it exactly as we would your whole fleet. If you're satisfied with the results, add more trucks. If not, you can leave — there's no contract.

Do you replace my in-house dispatcher?

You can use us as your entire dispatch department, or to cover nights, weekends or specific equipment while your in-house team handles the rest.

Can you dispatch drivers who work for me (company drivers)?

Yes. We coordinate directly with your drivers on pickups, deliveries and check calls, while you keep authority over which loads get approved.

Who approves loads in a fleet?

You decide. During onboarding we record who is authorized to approve or reject loads — the owner, a fleet manager or the drivers themselves.
