Dispatch services

Truck dispatch services for every trailer you pull.

Whatever you run — a 53' reefer, a 40' gooseneck or a 26' box truck — Pro Dispatch assigns a personal dispatcher who understands your equipment, your freight and your target rate per mile.

One dispatch team. Every type of freight.

Most dispatch companies are generalists. They post your truck on a board and take whatever comes back. At Pro Dispatch, each dispatcher learns the details of the equipment they handle — a reefer's temperature requirements, a flatbed's securement and tarp needs, a hotshot's legal weight limits, a box truck's door height and lift gate. That knowledge is what lets us book loads that fit the first time and negotiate the rate those loads deserve.

Because every dispatcher works with only three to five trucks, your dispatcher has time to plan your entire week: the outbound load, the reload near delivery, the home-time run, and the backup options if a load falls through. You always get at least two load options to choose from, and you always have the final say.

Matching freight to your equipment

Booking the wrong commodity on the wrong trailer costs time and money. We match freight to equipment from the start: general freight and FAK to dry vans and box trucks; produce, meat and refrigerated food to reefers; lumber, steel, machinery and building materials to open-deck trailers; and vehicles, equipment and expedited partials to hotshots.

Coverage in all 48 states

We dispatch across the West, Southwest, Midwest, Southeast and Northeast — and we know how freight flows between them. Tell us where you want to run and when you want to be home, and we build the plan around you.
