You should be driving and earning — not chasing brokers.
In trucking, doing everything yourself means missing opportunities on the road. A professional dispatcher earns you more gross and gives you back your time to focus on the business — and on your family.
Dispatching yourself
- Searching load boards between drives — and missing good loads while you're on the road
- Calling broker after broker and accepting the first low offer
- Filling out carrier packets and rate cons at truck stops
- Chasing detention, lumper and TONU pay yourself
- Deadheading home empty because no reload was planned
- Spending your home time on paperwork instead of family
With Pro Dispatch
- A personal dispatcher watching premium load boards for you 24/7
- Commission-driven negotiation that pushes every rate higher
- Broker setups, rate confirmations and invoices handled for you
- Detention, layover, lumper and TONU claimed on your behalf
- Reloads booked before you deliver, so your truck keeps rolling
- Your schedule, your home time and your final say on every load
Every major truck type. One dedicated team.
From 53' reefers to Non-CDL hotshots, our dispatchers specialize in the equipment you run and the freight it hauls.
Built around your truck, your lanes and your schedule.
We take a personal approach to every carrier. Your dispatcher keeps your off days, weekends and preferences in mind when planning every trip — and has your back while you're on the road.
A personal dispatcher, 24/7
One dedicated dispatcher who knows your truck, your lanes and your home time — available around the clock, all year long.
Only 3–5 trucks per dispatcher
Your dispatcher handles a small book of trucks, backed by experienced team leads, so you get real attention instead of a call center.
Commission-driven negotiation
Our dispatchers are paid on commission, so they only earn more when you earn more. That's why they fight for higher-paying loads.
Paid directly, under your MC
Every load is booked under your own MC. Brokers pay you or your factoring company directly — we never touch your money.
Your schedule, no forced dispatch
Your dispatcher plans your week around your preferences, off days and home time. You always get the final say on every load.
All paperwork handled
Broker setups, rate confirmations, invoices for factoring, plus lumper, detention, layover and TONU claims — done for you.
Multiple load options
You get at least two load options every time — like Chicago → Atlanta at $2,200 or Chicago → Richmond at $2,500. You choose.
No long-term contract
We don't lock carriers into contracts. Stay because the results are good — leave any time, for any reason.
Coast to coast, all 48 states.
We plan freight across the five major US freight regions and know which markets pay outbound — and which ones leave trucks stranded. Your dispatcher books the reload before you deliver.

Truck dispatch services trusted by owner-operators across the USA
Pro Dispatch LLC is an experienced, reliable truck dispatch company with more than five years in business. We know what it takes to keep a truck moving profitably, and we always keep one thing in mind: the carrier should get the highest possible rate for every load. Our dispatchers use premium load boards and a growing network of broker relationships to find the best freight the market has to offer.
What makes us different is the personal approach. Instead of a call center, you get one dedicated dispatcher who handles only three to five trucks. They learn your lanes, your home time, your truck's weight limits and your target rate per mile. They plan your week, not just your next load — so you spend less time deadheading and more time earning.
Dispatch for owner-operators and growing fleets
Whether you are a new authority with a single truck or a fleet owner with a dozen units, we scale with you. Fleet owners can start with one truck for a one-week trial. If the results speak for themselves, add the rest of your trucks. If not, you can leave at any time — we don't lock carriers into contracts.
You stay in control of your business
Every load is booked under your MC, so brokers pay you or your factoring company directly. Your dispatcher presents options and you make the decision. No forced dispatch, no hidden fees, and complete transparency on every rate confirmation. Learn more about how our dispatch process works or see why carriers choose Pro Dispatch.

Work with our carriersQuestions carriers ask us most.
Can't find your answer? Call dispatch any time or message us on WhatsApp.
What is a truck dispatch service?
A truck dispatch service finds and books loads for carriers. Your dispatcher searches load boards, calls brokers, negotiates rates, completes broker setups and paperwork, and plans your routes — so you can focus on driving and running your business.
How much does Pro Dispatch charge?
Box trucks and hotshots are 7–8% of each load's gross, and all other trucks are 5–7% (minimum 5%). Prefer a flat fee? Choose $100 per load or $400 per week. All rates are negotiable — you pick your plan and propose your rate on the sign-up form.
What documents do I need to sign up with Pro Dispatch?
Four documents: your W-9 form (with EIN), MC Authority, Certificate of Insurance, and a Notice of Assignment from your factoring company or a void check. You can upload them securely on our Carrier Sign-Up page.
Is there forced dispatch?
Never. Your dispatcher gives you at least two load options and you choose which one to haul. You can also set your own schedule, home time and preferred lanes.
Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
No. We don't bind carriers to long-term contracts. You can stop working with us at any time, for any reason.
Do I need my own MC authority?
Yes. Pro Dispatch books every load under your own MC authority. That keeps you in control and means brokers pay you or your factoring company directly.
Ready to keep your truck moving with top-paying loads?
Send your four documents today, get a welcoming call from your personal dispatcher, and start your one-truck trial week. No contract. No forced dispatch.
