Why the cheapest dispatcher can cost you the most
A dispatcher who charges a point less but books your truck $0.20 per mile cheaper — or leaves it sitting a day between loads — costs you far more than they save. Over 2,500 miles a week, $0.20 per mile is $500 of lost revenue every week. What matters is your net after dispatch, and that's what our team is built to maximize.

Questions about cost
How much do truck dispatchers charge?
At Pro Dispatch, box trucks and hotshots are 7–8% of load gross and all other trucks are 5–7%, with a 5% minimum. You can also choose a flat $100 per load or $400 per week. All rates are negotiable — you propose your rate when you sign up.
Should I choose a percentage or a flat fee?
A percentage aligns our incentives with yours — the more your truck earns, the more we earn. A flat $100 per load or $400 per week is easier to budget and can work out cheaper for high-grossing trucks. You choose.
Do I pay you, or do you take your fee out of my load payment?
Brokers pay you or your factoring company directly because loads are booked under your MC. We invoice our dispatch fee separately — we never hold your money.
Is there a contract or cancellation fee?
There's no long-term contract. You can stop using our service any time, for any reason.
