Driving jobs for drivers. Drivers for carriers.
Whether you're a CDL driver looking for your next seat or a carrier with trucks waiting for drivers, Pro Dispatch connects the two — across OTR, regional, local and dedicated work in all 48 states, at costs far below the market.
Find a driving job that fits your life.
Tell us your license, experience, endorsements and the kind of home time you want. We share your profile with carriers and fleets that are hiring for exactly that — so you spend less time filling out applications and more time talking to the right companies.
- One profile, shared with matching carriers
- OTR, regional, local, dedicated and team positions
- Class A, Class B and Non-CDL opportunities
- No charge to submit your driver profile
Fill empty seats with the right drivers.
An unseated truck earns nothing. Tell us about the position — equipment, lanes, pay and requirements — and we'll send you driver profiles that already match, so your team only interviews candidates worth calling.
- Drivers matched on license, experience and endorsements
- Equipment and route-type fit before you call
- Drivers for company seats and lease-on trucks
- Pair new hires with our 24/7 dispatch
Lower cost than the market. Better matches than any job board.
Recruiting agencies and job boards charge carriers heavily and flood both sides with poor matches. Pro Dispatch charges far below typical market rates and puts real effort into every match — for drivers and for carriers.

Find the schedule that fits you
OTR (over the road)
Long-haul runs across the country, typically 2–4 weeks out. Highest miles and often the highest weekly pay.
Regional
Runs within a region such as the Southeast or Midwest, with home time most weekends.
Local
Home daily. Common for box trucks, day-cab tractors and pickup-and-delivery work.
Dedicated
Same customer or lanes every week — predictable schedules and freight.
Team driving
Two drivers share one truck to keep it moving around the clock on expedited freight.
Owner-operator / lease-on
Drive your own truck under a carrier's authority. See our MC leasing program.
MC leasingFor drivers: how we help you find the right seat
Job boards are full of listings that look great until you call and find out the home time, equipment or pay isn't what you expected. Our approach is the reverse: you tell us what you actually want — your license class, years of experience, endorsements, preferred route type, equipment and how often you need to be home — and we share your profile only with carriers that are hiring for that.
What carriers will ask for
- A valid CDL (Class A or B) or the right license for Non-CDL equipment
- A current DOT medical card
- Your motor vehicle record (MVR) and employment history
- A pre-employment drug test and FMCSA Clearinghouse query
- A road test or proof of experience on the equipment
Having these ready speeds up hiring. Endorsements such as Hazmat (H), Tanker (N) or a TWIC card for port work can qualify you for higher-paying positions.
For carriers: hire drivers without the guesswork
Driver turnover is one of the biggest costs in trucking, and every day a truck sits without a driver it earns nothing. Tell us about the seat — equipment, lanes, route type, pay structure, home time and requirements — and we send driver profiles that already match, so your recruiters spend their time on real candidates.
Your responsibilities as the employer
We pre-screen on license, experience, endorsements and self-reported record. As the motor carrier, you complete the FMCSA-required steps: the driver qualification file, MVR review, pre-employment drug test, Clearinghouse query and road test.
Keep new drivers loaded
A new driver stays longer when the miles are good. Pair your hires with a Pro Dispatch dispatcher who keeps their truck moving on top-paying freight — or add owner-operators through our MC leasing program.

Questions from drivers and carriers
Does it cost anything to submit my driver profile?
No. Submitting your driver profile through this page is free for drivers.
What do I need to apply for a CDL driving job?
Usually a valid CDL of the right class, a current DOT medical card, an acceptable driving record (MVR), the ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and a FMCSA Clearinghouse query, and the experience the carrier requires. Endorsements like Hazmat or Tanker open up more positions.
Can I find a job without a CDL?
Yes. Box trucks under 26,001 lbs and many Non-CDL hotshot setups don't require a CDL. Choose "Non-CDL" on the form and we'll match you with those positions.
I'm a carrier. How quickly can you send drivers?
It depends on the position, location and requirements. Once you submit the hiring form, our team reviews it and starts sending matching driver profiles as soon as we have them.
Do you run background checks on drivers?
We pre-screen profiles on license class, experience, endorsements and self-reported driving record. As the employing carrier, you complete the checks FMCSA requires — the driver qualification file, MVR, pre-employment drug test, Clearinghouse query and road test.
Can drivers who own a truck apply here?
Yes. Owner-operators who want to drive under another carrier's authority should use our MC leasing program, which matches trucks with carriers that need lease-on capacity.
